How much savings should I have as a minimum?

As a general rule, you’ll need a 10% deposit plus on-costs (we always like to allow 5% of the purchase price for this).

I don’t have the savings yet, can I still talk to you?

Absolutely. Our clients use the equity in existing properties to fund the deposit and on-costs. Sometimes, people don’t even realise their potential to invest in property until they speak with us.

Can I use my super to invest?

Many of our clients use an SMSF to purchase investment properties both in the Personal Investment space as well as in our Fractional Ownership program.

Can I reduce the tax payable on investment income earned in superannuation?
